All the hot food and the sweets are delicious and hygienic. A slight issue which I encounter, mostly were at the food counters. Need to build a stronger system between the kitchen and the counter. Staff at the counter could be loud between each other which makes uncomfortable for anyone Waiting for their food which make food service at the counter, unorganised.

What an outlet ! This is one of the better looking Haldiram's out there. It has a wonderful seating and ambience. The taste of the food is as always amazing . However, I don't like the whole ordering and self service system. The bar codes that they have on their tables don't work either. The whole system of getting up during your meal, even for 1 roti is kinda uncomfortable. They have also sized down the servings over time. Taste makes up for most of the other factors though.
